What happens if my booking request is approved?

When the landlord accepts your booking, you will be charged for the first full month in advance and our booking fee.

a. If you are booking accommodation in the United Kingdom, you will be charged for the first week in advance.

b. If you are booking accommodation in the United Kingdom or Netherlands, there is no fee.

The payment will be automatically charged from the payment method you input at the moment of the booking request.

At this step, you should provide us with a valid payment method (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal Account) before proceeding with your booking request.

Make sure you have sufficient funds on your Credit/Debit Card or PayPal Account and that there is no amount limit or block preventing the transaction from proceeding.
