Can I contact the landlord before a booking is confirmed?

As Spotahome is an online booking site for accommodation, the system doesn't allow to contact the owner before the booking is confirmed. 

Spotahome acts as an intermediary during the booking process, meaning we communicate with the landlord on your behalf until your booking is accepted. Due to our privacy policy and data protection regulations, we can't share the landlords' personal details with you before the booking is confirmed. Once your booking is accepted, we will provide you with the landlord's contact information so you can arrange your move-in details, deposit payment, contract signing, and other necessary arrangements.

As soon as the booking is confirmed, you will receive the Landlord's personal details so you can arrange the arrival and other details.
