Can I contact the tenant before I confirm the booking?

As Spotahome is an online platform for accommodation, contact with the tenant is not allowed by the system before the booking is confirmed. Of course, you can ask us about anything you need to know about the tenant or any request you have, by using the “modify conditions” option in the booking request. If you have more than one booking request, please make sure you use the proper one. 

Once you introduce your request/modification, the tenant will be notified and one of our agents will take care of your request.
