Can I decide who rents my property?

When you publish your property you can set restrictions on the tenant profile that you seek. 

We recommend being as flexible as possible as strict rules may mean less tenants can find your property when they do a search, however you are able to set the following filters for the tenant profile:

  • No Restrictions
  • Students only
  • Postgraduate Students only
  • Professionals only
  • Couples allowed
  • Families allowed
  • Women only*
  • Men only*

* Please note that these options are only available for shared properties 

When a tenant makes a booking request, you will be able to view their profile and their details and can decide to approve or reject the request.
