To manage your booking requests simply log into your account and go to My Bookings.
There you will find a record of all your incomplete, pending, accepted or cancelled Booking Requests.
All you need to do is click at the specific booking request you want to modify, complete the request and it will arrive directly to our booking’s team who will take care of it the earliest as possible.
Bear in mind that the system will show the 10 last attempts during the last 15 days in case you want to recover any of those bookings and complete any of those requests.
