Can I request a visit before booking?
As Spotahome is an online booking site for accommodation, in-person viewings are not a service we offer, therefore visits are not possible.
We visit each verified room and apartment personally and provide you with many photos a video tour and a floor plan so you can see all the details before moving to your new city.
Properties that have not been checked or visited by our hHomecheckers, enjoy the same guarantees as verified accommodations.
You can request verification of these accommodations to activate the process with higher priority.
