To manage and cancel your booking requests, follow these steps:
Log into Your Account: Access your Spotahome account.
Navigate to the Bookings section: Go to the "Bookings" section where you'll find a record of all your incomplete, pending, accepted, or cancelled booking requests.
Cancel a Pending Request:
- If your booking request is still pending (the landlord has not yet accepted it), click on the Booking support section of the pecific booking request you wish to cancel.
- In the "Reason" box, select I want to cancel a booking request that hasn't been accepted yet
- Select your cancellation reason and add a comment
- Submit your cancellation
You can cancel pending booking requests on your own and free of charge.
