How can I cancel my booking request?

To manage and cancel your booking requests, follow these steps:

  1. Log into Your Account: Access your Spotahome account.

  2. Navigate to the Bookings section: Go to the "Bookings" section where you'll find a record of all your incomplete, pending, accepted, or cancelled booking requests.

  3. Cancel a Pending Request:

    • If your booking request is still pending (the landlord has not yet accepted it), click on the Booking support section of the pecific booking request you wish to cancel.
    • In the "Reason" box, select I want to cancel a booking request that hasn't been accepted yet
    • Select your cancellation reason and add a comment
    • Submit your cancellation
You can cancel pending booking requests on your own and free of charge.
