Do I have to pay any extra commission or fees outside the platform?
SPOTAHOME charges a service fee to the resident and owner, which is clearly displayed during the booking process. These fees cover the costs of operating the platform and providing services such as mediation, secure payments and customer support.
Note that some owners also charge an administration fee, or additional fee, which should be shown on the listing. However, if the owner requests an additional payment that has not been advertised in the advert, we recommend that you contact our customer support team so that we can investigate further.
