Do I have to pay anything for requesting a booking?
When you request a booking, you will need to provide us with a valid payment method (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal Account).
You don't need to pay straight away, we first send a booking request to the landlord.
The landlord has 24 hours - in business days - to check the request and the availability of the property.
Once the landlord accepts the request, the system will charge you for the first full month in advance and our booking fee.
Make sure you have sufficient funds on your Credit/Debit Card or PayPal Account and that there is no amount limit or block preventing the transaction from proceeding. This will allow the transaction to be carried out without delay.
If you are booking accommodation in the United Kingdom, you will be charged for the first week in advance.
b. If you are booking accommodation in the United Kingdom or Netherlands, there is no fee.
