What is the expected time to get a response on my booking request?

While many requests are confirmed much sooner, Spotahome aims to ensure that all booking requests are responded to within 24 hours (in business days). This timeframe allows landlords to review the details and approve the booking.

On each listing, you will be able to check the average response time of that specific landlord. Just click on the "Landlord" button in the listing, and you will be redirected to the Landlord section.





Bear in mind that response times can be influenced by many factors, such as different time zones, public holidays in the landlord's country or personal reasons.
