How can I add a listing description?
The main description of your listing on Spotahome is created by Spotahome to be as objective as possible and cannot be directly edited by landlords. If you need to update or modify anything in your listing's description, please contact your account manager for assistance.
However, you have the opportunity to provide a personal perspective on what it's like to live in your apartment. You can do this by adding a small description in the "Listing texts" section of your Landlord Panel. This text will appear under the section "What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?" on your listing.
In your personal description, you can highlight unique features of the property, recent renovations, insights about the neighborhood, and overall living experience. This allows you to share valuable information directly with potential tenants, giving them a glimpse into the property from your perspective.
