How can I change my payment method for rent collection?
If you are a tenant, and you want tchange your payment method for rent collection on Spotahome, you will always have to contact our Customer Support team.
The ability to change your payment method depends on what was originally suggested after your booking confirmation:
- SEPA: You can only use SEPA Direct Debit mandate as a payment method. If you need to update the SEPA direct debit mandate you have already activated, contact us to cancel the current one and we will provide a new link to set up a new mandate.
- Card: You can add as many cards as you want, using the link we have provided via email after your boooking was confirmed. If you have now set up a European bank account and you want to activate your SEPA Direct Debit mandate, contact us and we will provide you with a link to set it up.
