How can I deactivate or delete my account?

If you wish to deactivate your account, this cannot be done temporarily. However you can temporarily unpublish your properties.

If you still with to deactivate your landlord account, the only option will be to permanently delete it (the action is not reversible). You can do so by following these steps:

  • Log in to your Spotahome Landlord account at landlord.spotahome.com/login
  • Click on your name on the top right corner of the page to open the menu, and then click on "Support"
  • Scroll down to the Delete account section and click on "Delete account".
  • We will ask for confirmation of your email address, and then you can proceed on clicking on "Delete account" again.

    • Our team will receive your requests and will comply with it in the timings required by GDPR regulations.
