Creating a new listing on Spotahome is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to get your property listed:
Access the Landlord Panel
Log in to your Spotahome account and navigate to the Landlord Panel.
Add a listing
In the listing section, click on the "Add a listing" button in the top right corner
Create a new listing or we create the listing for you
If you already have an existing listing on a different website, you can click on "We create listings for you" and provide us with the link to your existing listing. We will create it for you.
Otherwise, if you want to create it yourself, click on "Create a new listing".
In the different steps of the listing creation process, we will ask for:
- The property address
- The property type: either entire apartmetn, studio or room in a shared apartment
- Information about your energy systems (heating, water system, air conditioning etc..)
- Amenities (Elevator, Balconies, Oven etc..)
- If smoking or pets are allowed
- Property size in m2
- Monhtly rent, bills and security deposit amount
Upload Photos of your property
We require at least two pictures for Bedrooms, 1 for the Kitchen and 1 for the Bathroom.
Nonetheless, you will then be able to schedule a Physical or Virtual verification with us, to improve your visual material
Publish your listing
Now we have everything we need to publish your listing!
However, don't forget to schedule a property verification to increase your chances of receiving your first booking request.
