To manage your booking requests simply log into your account and go to My Bookings.
There you will find a record of all your incomplete, pending, accepted or cancelled Booking Requests.
If the request is still pending - we mean that the landlord has not yet accepted the request-, all you need to do is click at the specific booking request you want to cancel, complete the request and you will be able to cancel the request on your own and free of charge.
You can also contact our booking’s team through the Contact Form. One of the agents will take care of it the earliest as possible.
