To manage your booking requests, follow these steps:
Log into Your Account: Sign in to your account and navigate to the "Bookings" section of your Tenant Panel.
View Your Booking Requests: Here, you'll see a record of all your incomplete, pending, accepted, or cancelled Booking Requests.
Modify a Booking Request:
- Click on the specific booking request you wish to modify.
- Complete the request form with your desired changes.
- Our booking team will handle your request promptly.
Please note the system displays the 10 most recent attempts made in the last 15 days, allowing you to recover and complete any of those bookings.
