How can I modify my utility bills?

If you wish to change the bills of your property listing, you can do so directly in the Listings section of the Landlord Panel.

Step One - Find the listing you want to edit. The easiest way to do this is using the “Quick Find” search engine at the top of the page and search by address.

Step Two - Once you have found the listing you want to update, click on the "Edit" button on the right side.  

Step Three - Select the "Household bills" option to open the Household Bills module.  

Step Four - You will now be able to edit the bills of your listings. For each utility (Electricity, Water, Gas, Wifi) you will have the following options:

  1. Included in the rent price
  2. Included up to a limit: you can set a cap on your bills. For example if you set a 50€ cap on your electricity bills, the amount of the bill will be included in the rent up to 50€. If the electricity bill amount for a month goes over 50€, the tenant will have to pay the difference
  3. Pay to landlord: the tenant will pay the bill amount directly to you
  4. Pay to provider: the tenant will have to pay the bill directly to the provider
  5. Grouped bills: Here you can set a fixed amount for all or some of the bills, as well as setting a cap on some or all of the bills
