How can I modify the price of my properties?
If you wish to change the price of your property listing, you can do so directly in the Listings section of the Landlord Panel.
Step One - Find the listing you want to edit. The easiest way to do this is using the “Quick Find” search engine at the top of the page and search by address.
Step Two - Once you have found the listing you want to update, click on the "Edit" button on the right side.
Step Three - Select the "Prices" option to open the Prices module
Step Four - You will now be able to edit the price of your listings. Enter the price in the Monthly Rent field to set a fixed price and then click on the “Save” button to confirm the changes.
If you want to set a Seasonal Price (this will allow you to adjust the price depending on the month) you will need to contact us in order to enable it. When enabled, you will then need to input the price for each month of the year. Remember to click the “Save” button to confirm any changes.
