How can I request an invoice for my booking?
To request an invoice for your booking , log in to your account and go to the "Bookings" tab. Click on the booking you need an invoice for and click on the "Request Invoice" button on the booking details page. Fill in the required information and submit the request. Our finance team will process the request and send the invoice to you via email.
Please note that Spotahome is only able to provide you with an invoice for our services, which is our booking fee.
If you need an invoice for the monthly rent, you need to contact your landlord. Please bear in mind that the first rental payment you made through us will be sent to the landlord. Therefore, the landlord is the one formally charging this amount and it is they who would need to provide the corresponding invoice for that payment.
