How can I request an invoice for my booking?
To request an invoice for your booking, first log into your Spotahome account on our website. Navigate to the "Bookings" tab in your account dashboard. Select the booking for which you need an invoice and click on the "Request Invoice" button on the booking details page. Fill in the required information and submit your request. Our finance team will process your request and send the invoice to you via email.
Please note that Spotahome can only provide an invoice for our services, specifically the Spotahome booking fee. If you need an invoice for the monthly rent, you must contact your landlord. The first rental payment you made through Spotahome is forwarded to the landlord, who is responsible for providing the invoice for that payment.
