How can I set my preferred tenant profiles?

If you want to display your preferred tenant profiles in your listing this change cannot be made directly through the Landlord Panel. For accuracy and compliance, Spotahome requires landlords to contact our Support Team for this kind of updates.

We recommend being as flexible as possible as strict rules may mean less tenants can find your property when they do a search, however you are able to set the following filters for the tenant profile:

  • No Restrictions
  • Students only
  • Postgraduate Students only
  • Professionals only
  • Couples allowed
  • Families allowed
  • Women only*
  • Men only*

* Please note that these options are only available for shared properties 

When a tenant makes a booking request, you will be able to view their profile and their details and can decide to approve or reject the request. 


You can share with our team your tenant preferences in terms of occupation (students/professionals) and gender by contacting us via our Contact form. We will update your listing accordingly as soons as possible.
