How do I accept a booking request?
When you receive a new booking request on Spotahome, you will be notified via Email, Whatsapp and notifications in the Spotahome app.
To accept a booking, open your Landlord Panel and Navigate to the Bookings section.
Under the Pending bookings section, you will see all Booking Requests requiring an answer and click on the Accept button.
You will then arrive to a success page to confirm the Booking has been accepted. Remember to double check your Bank Details are correctly updated to ensure you receive your payment on time.
You will also receive a Booking Confirmation email which will include the details of the Booking and contact information of your new Tenant to arrange the check in
