How do I accept a booking request?

When you receive a new booking request on Spotahome, you will be notified promptly via Email, Whatsapp and via our Spotahome app, if you have it installed on your smartphone with notifications turned on. To handle the request, log in to your profile and navigate to the booking section. From there, select the specific booking request and proceed to click on "Accept booking".

Upon accepting the booking, if the payment has been correctly charged to the tenant, we will send you a confirmation straight away. Please keep an eye on your email inbox for any communications about your confirmed booking.
