How do I change the rental type of my property?

If you wish to change the rental type of your property listing, you can do so directly in the Listings section of the Landlord Panel.

Step One - Find the listing you want to edit. The easiest way to do this is using the “Quick Find” search engine at the top of the page and search by address.

Step Two - Once you have found the listing you want to update, click on the Edit button on the right side.  

Step Three - Select the "Rental Type" option to open the Rental type module.   

Step Four - You will now be able to edit the Rental Type of your property. You can either set your listing to be rented as an entire property, or by rooms. Renting by rooms will create multiple listings, one for each room of the property
