How do I know if the property is available?
Tcheck if a property is available on Spotahome, you can search by inputting your selected move-in and move-out dates. This information is also included at the bottom of each property listing in the "Availabilities" section. You don't have to scroll down to the bottom ot the listing: you can jump to this section by clicking on the "Availabilities" button on top of the listing
- Red dates indicate the property is not available.
- Green dates mean the property is available.
- Grey dates are past dates.
All properties on Spotahome are for mid to long-term rentals, with a minimum stay of 30 days. However, some cities have different minimum stay requirements due to local legal reasons.
Landlords can also set their own minimum and maximum stay rules. Additionally, some properties have a "gap" rule, meaning landlords will only accept bookings within a certain date range to avoid having the property empty for long periods.
It's recommended to search using your exact dates to find properties available for those periods.
