How do I register to Stripe to receive my rent payments? (Spotahome Plus)

To receive rent payments through Spotahome Plus, landlords need to register with Stripe, Spotahome’s secure payment provider. Completing this setup ensures your payments are processed without delays.

How to Register to Stripe

  • Log in to your Spotahome Landlord account at landlord.spotahome.com/login
  • Click on your name on the top right corner of the page to open the menu, and then click on "Support"
  • Scroll down to the "Receive your rent with Stripe" section, where you will be able to start your Stripe registration. Here you can either:
  • Individual: If you are a private landlord, you should select this option. You will be asked to provide the following information about yourself:
  • Name
  • Surname
  • Date of birth
  • Address
  • Bank account and IBAN on which you wish to receive your payments
  • Company: If you are operating as a company, you should select this option. You will be asked to provide the following information:
  • Name of the company
  • Name of a business representative
  • Role of the business representative
  • Address
  • Company VAT Number
  • Bank account and IBAN on which you wish to receive your payments
  • Once the process is complete, your Stripe account will be linked to Spotahome, and you will see a confirmation in your landlord dashboard.

    Troubleshooting Registration

    If your Stripe setup is incomplete or you face issues:

    • Double-check that all information is correct.
    • Look for verification requests in your email from Stripe.
