How do I reject a booking request?
When you receive a new booking request on Spotahome, you will be notified via Email, Whatsapp and notifications in the Spotahome app.
To reject a booking, open your Landlord Panel and Navigate to the Bookings section.
Under the Pending bookings section, you will see all Booking Requests requiring an answer.
Click on the Reject button.
You will then be prompted to either modify the booking to renegotiate, or click on "I want to decline the reservation" to reject.
If you choose to reject the booking request, you will need to include the reason for rejection. In case the rejection was due to the property being unavailable, you will be asked to include the dates that it is occupied to update the listing and prevent receiving more Booking Requests during the same time period. Finally click on the Reject button.
