Are there any age requirements to be able to make a reservation?

According to the Spotahome's Terms and Conditions: "The access, registration, browsing, use, storage and/or downloading of materials and/or use of the services of any Website and/or Content of SPOTAHOME by minors (under 18 years) is prohibited."

Each property listing includes a set of House Rules which are non-negotiable and set by the Landlord.

Only in some cases, the landlord will inform that accommodation cannot be rented due to specific requests of other flatmates or rules strictly related to the house or residence's policies.

For example, some landlords just may accept tenant who are at least 18 years of age or no more than 35.
