For all the Plus and All-in bookings, your monthly rent (after the first payment already paid when confirming your booking request) will be automatically collected via Stripe, our trusted online payment platform provider.
In order to smoothly process your rent collection payments, you will have to set up your SEPA Direct Debit mandate following the instructions on the dedicated email we will have sent you. Before each rent payment, we will send you an email notification, informing you of:
- The amount due for this rent payment
- The payment’s due date (which will be in the last days of the previous month)
- The payment method you have setup for your rent payments
In order to make sure that the amount will be received by Spotahome by the due date, make sure you have enough balance in your bank account, as well as checking if your bank has put any restrictions or limits on your account.
