How does the Send Interest feature work?

The Send Interest feature in Spotahome allows you to interact with potential tenants who have shown interest in your property. This feature helps you encourage tenants to proceed with their booking and can increase your chances of securing a tenant for your property.

How It Works

  1. Tenant Interest Notification: Whenever a tenant shows interest in one of your listings, you will receive an email notification. This notification informs you that a potential tenant is considering your property.

  2. Review Interested Tenants: You can view a list of interested tenants directly in the Landlord Panel under the TENANTS INTERESTED section of each of your listings.

  3. Send Interest: When you click on Review tenants, you will be able to see more detailed information about each tenant, including their potential booking dates and any additional information they’ve provided. At this point, you can send interest by pre-accepting their booking request.

    Pre-accepting a tenant's booking request encourages them to move forward with the booking. This action is a signal to the tenant that you are interested in renting your property to them and that you are willing to proceed with the booking process.

  4. Benefits of Using the Send Interest Feature

    • Engage Interested Tenants: Actively reach out to tenants who are interested but haven't completed their booking yet.
    • Increase Booking Conversion: Tenants who are uncertain may be more likely to finalize their booking after receiving a pre-acceptance message.
    • Streamlined Communication: The feature allows you to quickly and easily communicate with interested tenants, increasing the chances of finalizing the rental agreement.
