How often are properties verified?
The verification can take place just once, with a physical or virtual visit to the property.
The landlords undertake to update the information pertaining to his listing on Spotahome if any of the information in relation thereto changes using the tools made available to the owner on the Platform.
Also, the Spotahome's Agents are available to support the landlords when a modification of the listing is needed.
