How is a property verified?

 The verification process can take place with a physical or virtual visit to the property.

1. Physical: A Homechecker is an appointed representative of Spotahome, to make sure you get what you see. They take photos, videos and create a floorplan which is then uploaded to the website.  

1. Virtual: the Homechecker is supported by the Landlord. The Homechecker meet the Landlord via video call to check the condition of the house and its amenities and features.
   

You can identify a verified property as these will include the "Checked" tag.

If you see a property without the “Checked” tag, don’t worry, we plan on verifying all properties in the near future. Nonetheless, you can still book an unverified property: all our guarantees will still apply.
