If you paid with a debit card, the refund can take up to 15 working days depending on the card company or bank processes.
If you paid with a credit card, the refund will usually show in your next card statement. Usually, the card statement is sent every 30 days, however, it will depend on the payment plan you have for your card.
If you paid via Paypal, the time for the refund to show in your account will depend on your setup. Please review the email confirmation you will receive from Paypal for more details.
If you don't receive the funds in 30 natural days, please contact us so we can provide you with the Trace ID so your card company can locate the funds for you.
