How is the Commission Calculated?

The commission is a percentage of the total value of the rental contract between the landlord and the tenant. This fee is deducted directly from the first month’s rent, which Spotahome transfers to the landlord 48 hours after the tenant moves in.

The exact percentage varies based on the plans selected by the landlord, as well as the country your property is in.

Are There Additional Fees?

Spotahome does not charge landlords any upfront fees. All charges are tied to successful bookings. Tenants, however, pay a one-time booking fee, which covers services like property verification and customer support.
