What is a verified landlord

 We understand that the Landlords can be verified when they meet one of the following requirements:
  1. The landlord is the legal Owner of the property / properties that you wish to list.
  2. The landlord have the right to rent out the property / properties that you wish to list because you are a Property Manager or Real Estate Agent. 

If the landlord meets one of the above criteria, the Spotahome's Team has to check that:

  • The landlord is willing to rent your property on a mid to long term basis (minimum of one month)
  • There are no children living in the property
  • The property is furnished
  • The property is compliant with local regulations

If the landlord meets these conditions then they can start the cooperation with Spotahome.
