How to Sync Your Calendar on Spotahome

As a landlord, keeping track of your property’s availability and managing bookings efficiently is crucial. One of the best ways to stay organized and avoid double-booking is by syncing your Spotahome calendar with other platforms you may be using. Whether you’re listing your property on multiple sites or just want to manage your availability better, calendar synchronization can streamline your booking process.

If you wish to syncrhonize calendarsof your property listing, you can do so directly in the Listings section of the Landlord Panel.

  1. Find the listing you want to edit. The easiest way to do this is using the “Quick Find” search engine at the top of the page and search by address.
  2. Once you have found the listing you want to updateclick on the  button on the right side.
  3. Select the    option to open the Prices module
From here, here's what you can do:
  1. Export Spotahome Calendar: Here you can copy the iCal link that will allow other platforms to access your Spotahome availability. You can now use this link to sync your Spotahome calendar with other platforms.
  2. Import calendar from other platform: Here you can paste an iCal link from an external Calendar to keep your Spotahome calendar updated from other platforms.

Syncing your calendars provides several benefits:

  • Avoid Double Bookings: Syncing helps prevent the risk of accepting multiple bookings for the same dates across different platforms.
  • Time Savings: You only need to update your availability on one platform, and the changes will be reflected everywhere your calendar is synced.
