How to use search filters
Using filters when searching for a property on Spotahome helps you narrow down options to find accommodations that best fit your preferences. Here’s how to effectively use filters on the Spotahome website:
Go to the Spotahome Website: Visit www.spotahome.com and start by entering the city or specific location where you are searching for accommodation in the search bar.
Navigate to Search Results Page: After entering your location, you will be directed to the search results page showing various property listings.
Locate Filter Options: On the left-hand side of the search results page, you will find a panel with different filter options to refine your search.
There are 4 options to refine your search:
Availabilities: Specify your desired move-in date to see properties available from that date onward. You can also select the lenght of stay, or your move out date, to refine your search even more
Property Type: Here you can choose between entire apartments, studios, private rooms in shared apartments and student residences, based on your preference.
Budget : Here you select a price range according to your budget, as well as selecting the bills that you would like to have included in your rent price
Filters: Finally, in the filters section, you will be able to select the amenities and characteristics of the listing that you prefer:
- Features: You can select the amenities you prefer (Air conditioning, Dishwasher, etc..)
- Suitability: If you are searching for a place for couples, for students or pet-friendly
- Advanced Search: You can filter for listings that are Checked by Spotahome, or that do not require the payemnt of a security deposit
- Type of bed: either single, double, or twin
- Number of bathrooms: You can select the number of bathrooms of an apartment, or filter for rooms with private bathroom.
Apply Filters: After selecting your preferred filters, click on the blue "View Results" button. The search results will automatically update to display properties that match your selected criteria.
Now, you will also be able to save your search by clicking on the orange "Save my search button". This way, each time we find a listing that matches your criteria, you will be notified.
