I forgot to apply the promotional code

 Discount codes must be applied during the booking process. Once a booking request is confirmed and payments finalized, we cannot apply discount codes retrospectively.

As per our policies, once payments are processed for a booking, we are unable to adjust the pricing to accommodate a discount code that was not applied at the time of booking.

Nonetheless, don't worry: if your discount code was not applied, you can use the same code on your next booking.
