I have set up SEPA Direct Debit, but the rent charge is not being successful
There may be different reasons why this might happening:
- Typos when adding your payment method: you might have wrongly spelled your CVV or expiration date of your non-EEA card.
- You might not have sufficient funds on your payment method to complete the rent payment
- Your bank might have blocked your payment
Depending on the issue, please either check with your bank or with Spotahome customer support

I want my rent to be collected via bank transfer, can I do it?
We do not accept bank transfer as a payment method. For rent collection payments, we only accept SEPA Direct Debit or a non-EEA Card (with a 4% processing fee) as payment methods.
