I have set up SEPA Direct Debit, but the rent charge is not being successful

There may be different reasons why this might happening:
  1. Typos when adding your payment method: you might have wrongly spelled your CVV or expiration date of your non-EEA card.
  2. You might not have sufficient funds on your payment method to complete the rent payment
  3. Your bank might have blocked your payment
Depending on the issue, please either check with your bank or with Spotahome customer support
