My bank account is not supported for SEPA Direct Debit mandate

In order to activate SEPA Direct Debit payment method and be ready, you will have to be the owner of a European bank account from a SEPA country, namely one of the 36 countries that are part of the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA). You can find more information here
Bank accounts from some non-EEA countries (e.g. Poland, UK) may allow payments in Euro as a currency, but they will not be supported by our payment processor Stripe to set up their SEPA Direct Debit mandate.
Please, only register EEA bank accounts in order to set up your SEPA Direct Debit to complete Spotahome rent collection payments.
