Why do prices vary per month?

The landlords can set a different price for each calendar month to adjust for seasonality.

You can check the monthly price on the calendar, in the "Availabilities" section.

Before completing the reservation, you can check the payment details for each month of the stay. You will also receive the same information once the booking is completed.
