Can I request a visit before booking?

As Spotahome is an online booking site for accommodation, in-person viewings are not a service we offer, therefore visits are not possible.

Each listing marked with the "Checked by Spotahome" label has been verified personally by one of our Homecheckers, who provided professional photos, a video tour and a floor plan so you can see all the details before moving to your new place.

Properties that have not been checked or visited by our Homecheckers enjoy the same guarantees as verified accommodations.
