Should I document the condition of the property at check-in?

It is highly recommended to document the condition of the property at check-in.
This will also help you avoid any disputes with the landlord over damages at the end of your tenancy.
Take photos or videos of any existing damages or issues and make sure to note them on the inventory report provided within the lease agreement.
Please note that, in order for Spotahome to be able to apply our Move-in Policy, visual evidence should always be provided and any corresponding claim should be submitted within 24h from the scheduled check-in date.
