Cancellation Policy

Once your booking is confirmed, the refund conditions depend on how many days remain until your check-in date.

60 days or more before check-in

First month’s rent: 100% refunded
Spotahome fee: not returned once the booking is confirmed

30–59 days before check-in

First month’s rent: 50% refunded
Spotahome fee: not returned once the booking is confirmed

29 days or less before check-in

First month’s rent: no refund
Spotahome fee: not returned once the booking is confirmed

Before confirmation

You won’t be charged until the landlord accepts the booking
You are free to cancel at no cost

Important notes

To ensure the correct timing and policy are applied, always submit your cancellation through your Tenant Panel
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable
