Cancellation Policy

Once your booking is confirmed, the refund conditions depend on how many days remain until your check-in date.

60 days or more before check-in

  • First month’s rent: 100% refunded

  • Spotahome fee: not returned once the booking is confirmed

30–59 days before check-in

  • First month’s rent: 50% refunded

  • Spotahome fee: not returned once the booking is confirmed

29 days or less before check-in

  • First month’s rent: no refund

  • Spotahome fee: not returned once the booking is confirmed

Before confirmation

  • You won’t be charged until the landlord accepts the booking
  • You are free to cancel at no cost

Important notes

  • To ensure the correct timing and policy are applied, always submit your cancellation through your Tenant Panel
  • Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable
