  • Ideal For: Individuals or couples who prefer a compact, self-contained living space with all essential amenities in one room.

    • Rooms in shared apartments

  • Description: Private rooms within a larger apartment or house, where you have your own room for sleeping and sometimes a private or shared bathroom.
  • Ideal For: Individuals who prefer some privacy but are comfortable sharing common areas with housemates. This is a great option if your are a student or a young worker moving to a new city: it will give you an opportunity to instantly make friends
