Cancellation Timeframes and Refunds
60 Days or More Before Check-In:
- Refund: Tenants can receive a full refund of their down payment on the rent.
- Booking Fee: The booking fee is non-refundable for confirmed bookings.
Between 30 and 59 Days Before Check-In:
- Refund: Tenants are eligible for a 50% refund of their down payment on the rent.
- Booking Fee: The booking fee remains non-refundable for confirmed bookings.
29 Days or Less Before Check-In:
- Refund: There will be no refund on the tenant's down payment on the rent.
- Booking Fee: The booking fee is non-refundable for confirmed bookings.
Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.
