The Landlord Policies are the conditions set by the landlords in order to rent their properties.
These policies could range from an extra fee (remember we work with both private landlords and property managers that may charge fees for their operations), a specific clause in the rental contract, specific check in times, the amount of the deposit to be paid, among others.
These requirements have been chosen and set by the landlord and therefore are non-negotiable.
