What else can I modify in my listings?
While you can add many details autonomously via your Landlord Panel, some options require assistance from your Account Manager to ensure they don't negatively impact your listing's visibility and booking probability. Here are the options and how to add them:
Additional Listing Options
Admin Fees
A one-time fee charged to cover administrative costs, only available to registered Property Managers or Real Estate Agents in the city where the property is located.
Minimun Gap
The minimum number of days required between the most recent occupancy and the next tenant's check-in. This allows time for cleaning and maintenance.
Maximum Gap
The maximum number of days allowed between the most recent occupancy and the next tenant's check-in, ensuring limited vacancy periods.
Decide whether the contract is Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
