What happens if the landlord cancels my booking?
If a landlord is cancelling the booking, they should request the cancellation from Spotahome directly. We will offer you a full refund of your payments, or offer alternative properties for which you can use the already charged amounts. In case of a last minute cancellation, you may also be entitled to compensatory payments to cover for emergency accommodation.
If the landlord has contacted you directly and has not cancelled the booking via Spotahome, please reach out via our contact form, so we can process the corresponding refunds for you.
