  • Cancellation Procedure: If a landlord cancels your booking, they must request the cancellation through Spotahome directly.
  • Refund Assurance: Spotahome guarantees a full refund of your payments if the landlord cancels your booking. Alternatively, we can offer alternative properties that fit your needs using the already charged amounts.
  • Last Minute Cancellations: In cases of last-minute cancellations, you may also be entitled to compensatory payments to assist with emergency accommodation costs.
If a landlord contacts you directly and has not processed the cancellation through Spotahome, please inform us immediately.
