What happens if the owner changes the original reservation conditions?

If the owner changes the original reservation conditions, such as the rental price, move-in date, or amenities included, without your consent, you should immediately notify our customer support team.

Spotahome has policies in place to protect tenants from changes to the original reservation conditions made by the owner without prior consent. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it in a fair and timely manner. In some cases, the reservation may be cancelled and we will issue a refund if the owner is found to be in violation of their policies.

 It is important to remember that any changes to the original reservation conditions should be agreed upon by both parties and made through our platform. Any attempt to change the conditions outside of the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or termination of the owner's account.
