If your payment has failed this can be due to a number of reasons:
1 - You have exceeded the credit limit if the card you are using is a credit card
2 - Fraud prevention. Your card issuer has blocked the payment since they need authorization from your side to accept the transaction.
3 - There are insufficient funds on the card if the card you are using is a debit card.
In the first two cases, we recommend that you contact your bank in order to resolve the issue, this is usually a fast process and the bank can allow the transaction after a few security questions.
In the last case, you will simply need to add funds to the payment method or use a different payment method.
If your request has been accepted but the payment fails, we will send you an email with instructions on how to complete your payment.
In this email, you can click on the orange button "Submit Payment" in order to provide a different payment method than the original one you registered if you wish.
Once the payment has been successful, we will then send you a booking confirmation email.
