If you do not provide the required information, Spotahome is legally obliged to freeze all your payouts and limit your activities within our platform until you provide your data . Alternatively, Spotahome must close your account after two reminders but not before 60 days of the initial request. In any case, we will report the information we hold about your activities with us. 

Once you have provided all required information, Spotahome will resume all pending payouts.
