What is instant booking?

Instant Booking is a feature which allows Spotahome to instantly accept a booking request on your behalf, providing the tenant matches the criteria you have specified.

What are the benefits of Instant Booking?

Activating Instant Booking provides multiple benefits:

  • Increased Visibility - Properties that have ‘Instant Booking’ enabled appear higher in the search algorithm.
  •  Faster Bookings - Since the booking experience is faster, activating instant booking removes the chance of the tenant being accepted by another Landlord or cancelling the booking before you have been able to reply.

 What are the criteria I need to select?

You will need to choose the criteria you would require in order to accept an instant booking:

  • Minimum Age - The minimum age you will tenant must be to book the property
  • Maximum Age - The maximum age you will accept for the tenant to book the property
  • Booking Too Early (Days) - How far in advance of the move in date that the tenant can book the property
  • Gender Allowed - This can be Male, Female or Both. Please be aware you can only choose the Male or Female option if it is a shared property.
  • Couples Allowed - Is the property suitable for couples
  • Monthly Minimum Stay (Months) - For each month of the year, what is the minimum stay that you will accept

How do I activate / deactivate instant booking?

You can ask to activate instand booking from the Listings section in you Landlord Panel:

Step One - Find the listing you want to edit. The easiest way to do this is using the “Quick Find” search engine at the top of the page and search by address.

Step Two - Once you have found the listing you want to update, click on the  button on the right side.

Step Three - Select the    option to open the Instant Booking Form

Step Four - Fill in the form with the information about your listing and we will reply as soon as possible
